The Cleveland NAACP at its Oct. 8, meeting unanimously endorsed Issue 127, a $2 mill operating levy for the Cuyahoga County Library System. The issue includes the $2 mill replacement that expires in 2009 and adds “A mill for library improvements.” ....( more)
